Fresh, comfy and clean bed and great location, next to Hyde park and mins walk to tube

The apartment was clean. Proximity to important shops, Next to the underground and not far from Hyde Park

We loved everything about it, its staff and amenities. It was in the central location. The beds were comfortable. Fortunately, free WiFi was available. Easy base for exploring London.

Difficult to say what I liked, if anything. The rooms very excessively hot leading to discomfort.

Firstly I had order 2 rooms (1 Double and 1 twin). When we arrived we were allocated 2 double rooms. When I inquired I was told that they don't do twin rooms, all rooms were doubles.I was likewise told this is clearly stated on the website. But after a push they came up with a twin in the basement, and this was the only room available - take it or leave it. Why do companies like this accept your booking, make no comment on your order specifications, and then when you arrive introduce a whole set of problems. The twin room cost £15.00 per night extra, and my request for the rooms to be adjoining meant we were separated by 5 floors (basement to 4th. floor). The beds were without doubt the worst I have ever encountered and a disgrace.

The apartment was very nice and clean and the location was awesome. It was a short walk to underground stations and food. The atmosphere of the location was also very nice.

The room was uncomfortably warm. There was a fan provided but it did not effectively cool the room. This detracted significantly to an otherwise awesome experience.

I liked the location principally with lots of convenient general stores, tube stations and great selection of good restaurants in walking distance.

The lack of proper ventilation was not compensated for by the presence of noisy fans in halls and rooms and windows left open for air/.

Its location was perfect, with totally renovated rooms.

They cleaned the appartments only once a week. There was no breakfast.

Nothing - the accomodation was selected beacuse there was very little alternative choice available in London on that date.

The owners should be reported to the Advertising Standards Authority for breaching advertising rules under the UK CAP Code. The description of the accomodation is misleading, dishonest and untruthful. The apartments are not apartments; not executive; nor luxurious, nor a suite. The room allocated to me, B09, was nothing more than a basement bedsit.

Excellent location close to underground and Hyde Park Useful to have small kitchen with fridge 2 ring hob and microwave

Being self catering it was noisy when guests returned in the early hours and started cooking. Would have benefitted from more than one easy chair and more pillows

It is not an hotelThey make you sign a sshort lease contract and asks for a deposit.That would be good if Booked.net could metnion this.

Excellent location, near tubes, shops and the park. Very clean, lovely helpful staff, nice bathroom, free wifi in reception. Would stay again.

No one gave us new toilet paper or changed the towels, the room is only serviced once a week. Bed is a little small and hard. The entire hotel is unbearably warm, no air conditioning, just had a fan in our room but was too noisey to use through the night.

Would have preferred complimentary tea and coffee as is normal in most hotels
